Today we’re launching blog.bulletinbored.net, a dedicated space for everything that happens around bulletinbored: release notes, development updates and the kind of hands-on guides that don’t fit neatly into the documentation.

Why a blog?

The main site explains what bulletinbored is and how to install it. The documentation covers the API, configuration and internals. What was missing was a place for the ongoing story — the why behind a release, the migration notes that matter, and the tips that only come up once you’re running a forum for real.

What to expect

  • Release notes — what changed, what to test, and whether an upgrade is safe.
  • Guides — installation, deployment, backups and performance, step by step.
  • Extending — plugins, themes and hooks explained with working examples.
  • Announcements — milestones, roadmap and community news.
